Towns in Baltimore County, MD

Catonsville, Md– Offical Website
Catonsville is located in the southwestern side of the County and is a 15 minutes drive to Baltimore City, 50 minutes to Washington and ten minutes to Thurgood Marshall/BWI airport. Hospitals such as St. Agnes and schools including UMBC (University of Maryland at Baltimore County) and Catonsville Community College and bordering on the Patapsco Valley State Park make this an ideal destination.

Cockeysville/Hunt Valley – Offical Website
With over 20,000 residents it is located off of I-83 (Harrisburg Expressway) and is headquarters to McCormick & Company (spice makers) AAI transportation, Dunbar, TESSCO Technologies and KCI technologies. A major shopping attraction is the Hunt Valley Towne Center. Median home sale: (Cockeysville/Hunt Valley) $362,500.

Owings Mills/Reisterstown/Glyndon
Owings Mills is home to around a dozen major shopping centers and numerous office buildings. In the center of Owings Mills is Owings Mills Town Center, an enclosed shopping mall which is surrounded by blocks of townhomes. Owings Mills also holds a huge amount of private schools and many large homes with beautiful yards.

The Owings Mills Town Center is located less than one mile from the end of the line for the Baltimore Metro Subway station. The metro travels towards Baltimore City ending at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Perry Hall – Official Website
Perry Hall – is a 20 minute commute to Baltimore City. Located in the northeastern part of the County is has roughly 28,700 residents and is host to a development zone called Honeygo. Community pride and spirit are evident as older neighborhoods and new planned communities come together. Close to amazing shopping, hospitals (Franklin Square) and wonderful schools and a brand new library. If you love hiking and mountain biking then you enjoy one of Perry Hall's treasures, Gun Powder River.

Towson is home to the upscale Towson Town Center Mall and the Shops at Kenilworth. It is also influenced by Towson University, student population of 20,000. The Towson area also has a number of long-established private schools at the secondary school level.

White Marsh – Official Website
Designated as a town center, it hosts one of the largest regional malls (White Marsh Mall) and has over 700,000 square feet of office space. Host to Franklin Square Hospital complex and residential condominiums and townhomes along with single family homes it is a draw for all to work, play and live.
